Scope of Work

    • Floor Care: Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors with neutral cleaner

    • General Cleaning: Remove junk mail, wipe down heaters, dust stair wood base

    • Glass & Doors: Clean entry glass windows and wipe doors

    • Touchpoints: Disinfect railings and entry touchpoints

    • Cobweb Removal: High and low, including under stairwells

    • Entry & Floors: Clean door windows, vacuum and mop floors

    • Equipment & Surfaces: Wipe down gym machines, clean countertops, interior windows

    • General Cleaning: High and low dusting, remove cobwebs

    • Trash: Empty trash bins and replace liners

    • Restocking: Toilet paper, paper towels, soap

    • Sanitization: Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and touchpoints

    • Mirrors & Floors: Wipe mirrors, vacuum and mop floors

    • Trash: Empty bins and replace garbage bags

    • Debris Removal: Pick up and dispose of exterior debris (excludes pet waste and animal carcasses)
